* doc/misc/eww.texi: Document eww-switch-to-buffer and its keybinding
* etc/NEWS: Mention new command
* lisp/net/eww.el (eww-mode-map): Bind eww-switch-to-buffer to "s"
(eww-mode-map): Add menu item
(eww-switch-to-buffer): New command
